How To Make a RUSH Order
Need your order in a hurry? No worries, you can upgrade to a RUSH order with Aspinline!
We offer RUSH services on the following products:
- Embroidered Patches
- Woven Patches
- Pin Badges
- Woven Labels
- Other products are also a possibility, so please contact us.
The RUSH charge covers the following:
- Your order is given high priority in the production queue and a slot in production is reserved.
- We create the artwork proof within 1-2 hours, compared to 1-2 days as standard.
- We dedicate more man hours to the production of your product.
- Your order is individually delivered from our production facility using an express service.

Send your artwork to [email protected] and be sure to mention ‘RUSH’ in the subject line.
We will confirm receipt of your enquiry. We will then check with our production department to see if we can meet your requested date.
One of our 5 Star Customer Service Representatives will be in contact ASAP, to let you know if we can meet your requested date. Please note this may not be until early morning on the following day. If we can meet your date we will send an official quote ready for your acceptance.
If you are happy to move ahead we ask that you accept the quote and we will do the rest.
In most cases we will require approval and arrangement of payment by 3pm on the day of acceptance in order to meet your requested date.
Please keep checking your emails throughout the day. If we don’t hear from you we will always call and give you a gentle nudge to approve artwork or make payment :)
Some important points to note:
- Depending on how soon you need your order, RUSH charges will apply and will be stated in your final quote.
- The following products are already set-up with RUSH options, ready to be ordered online, without completing our RUSH enquiry form: Flat Polyester Lanyards - 8 Day RUSH, Heat Transfer Lanyards - 5 Day RUSH.
- We make every effort to deliver RUSH goods by the requested in-hands date. We have an excellent track record, however delays can sometimes occur which are out of our control such as weather or courier issues. Based on our overall experience there is only a 5% chance RUSH goods could arrive late.
Lead times vary between products, however our RUSH service can hopefully help speed this time up and deliver sooner for your requested date. To see our lead times for all of our products please take a look on our Resource Centre.
