RUSH orders involve risk.
By choosing RUSH service, you acknowledge the potential for delays.

Refund Policy:
The RUSH charge and/or product cost will not be refunded if we do not meet the specified delivery date/lead time.

Delay Probability:
Based on experience, there is a 7.5% chance that RUSH goods could arrive late. Please proceed only if you accept this risk.

Acceptance Process
--------------------------

To ensure we meet the delivery date/lead time, you must:

1. Accept the Quote
In most cases, acceptance must occur on the same day, no later than 3PM.

2. Complete Payment
Pay the invoice in full promptly.

3. Artwork Approval
Approve the artwork proof or request changes as soon as the proof is received.

Note: The order must be fully paid and approved by 5PM on the day of acceptance.

Artwork for approval will be sent once the invoice is fully paid.
