Supporting Young Bristol
Aspinline & Young Bristol this World Cup
This year for the World Cup, Aspinline teamed up with our local charity Young Bristol to help support Youth Football Programmes and raise money for one of their latest projects, a new mobile youth club.
Young Bristol’s mobile youth club will deliver vital youth services to young people living in rural areas outside of Bristol and in areas of Bristol where there is no current youth provision. This will help give more young people opportunities to achieve their goals, learn new skills and excel in a supportive environment.
Soccer Fest
For the World Cup, £1 from each order made with Aspinline from 14 June to 15 July was donated to Young Bristol. In addition to raising money for Young Bristol, we also donated 200 patches. Aspinline’s patches went a long way and were distributed at Young Bristol’s Soccer Fest at Ashton Park Sports Centre. We had the pleasure of attending the final day ceremony to see the kids in action and the patches given out.
Aspinline also donated a special football jersey for Soccer Fest. The jersey was awarded to the participant who won the “Future Star” award. Charlie (pictured above) sported the best attitude and gave the most effort all week. It was so nice to see the positive impact Soccer Fest had on all participants.
Thank you to all of our fantastic customers throughout the World Cup, who helped raise money for Young Bristol’s programmes and mobile youth club. It was very special to see it all come together at Soccer Fest.
