Create your very own custom wooden pin badges, made from basswood plywood. We have a large range of backing attachments to choose from. Ordering custom badges online has never been easier.
Minimum order: 100 per design.
Size: The average size of an enamel badge is 20mm, however you can have any size you like.
Thickness: 3mm
Wood: FSC approved Basswood Plywood
Attachment: Aspinline recommends a rubber clutch as our most secure, standard and free attachment. But there are lots to choose from.
Colours: UV printing, full colour

Please supply artwork in vector format wherever possible.

Aspinline delivers all its products completely FREE of charge within the UK. (Excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man).

Lead times combine both production and delivery time.
Lead times start from the date that both artwork is approved and payment is received.
Who will deliver my order?:
We deliver using DPD Local & Royal Mail (We use DHL or UPS for some international destinations).
Custom orders & orders over £50 + VAT are delivered via DPD Local.
Stock orders under £50 + VAT are delivered via Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail 48.
RUSH orders are delivered via DPD Local & DHL.
Sample requests are sent Royal Mail 24.
You can track all orders sent via DPD Local and DHL. Tracking information will be supplied upon the dispatch of your order, if you have not received these details please contact us and request them.
